Alexander has decided to sell the first tiny house she built, and It wasn’t an easy decision, but she'll be happy to sell it to someone else who loves it. The price is flexible, depending on if someone wants to buy it as is, or customized. Rigid foam insulations was used, and there are two sleeping lofts, price is negotiable from $25,000 to 40,000. She is in Northern California near Santa Rosa. One unique part of this house is that you can lift up the roof to get some fresh air inside.
